Purchases in the Inspectra BIM store are sold and processed by Paddle<\/strong>, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the sale. Your receipt and invoice are issued by Paddle, and any refund is paid back by Paddle on our behalf, to the payment method used at checkout.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Try before you buy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Inspectra BIM Free is available to every registered account, with no time limit and no payment details required. We recommend installing it and confirming that the application works on your hardware and with your models before purchasing a paid module.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

14-day refund window<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If a paid module is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days<\/strong> of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Once the refund is approved, the module licence is deactivated and your account returns to Inspectra BIM Free.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

E-mail contact@inspectrabim.com<\/a> from the address used at checkout, quoting the order or receipt number from your Paddle confirmation email. You may also reply directly to that receipt. We aim to answer within two business days; refunds normally reach your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

No automatic renewals<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Paid modules are sold as a one-time purchase valid for 12 months<\/strong>. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored or charged again by us. When the licence approaches its end date we send a reminder, and continuing is entirely your choice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Once the 14-day window has passed, licences are generally non-refundable, because the software has been delivered in full and remains usable for the whole licence term. We will still look at genuine problems — if the software fails to work as described and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will find a fair solution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, licence sharing, chargeback fraud, or breach of the licence terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase of digital content within 14 days.
