Purchases of paid modules are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. Your receipt and invoice are issued by Paddle, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the payment itself. Everything else on this page — the software licence and how you may use Inspectra BIM — is between you and Mervision Wiktor Mertka.
Licence
The Inspectra BIM viewer is provided free of charge. Pro modules are licensed per named seat on an annual subscription. You may use the software in accordance with the plan you have purchased.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the software except as permitted by your licence.
Warranty & liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Inspectra BIM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
