Author buildingSMART IDS 1.0 files — the open standard for information requirements — without writing XML:

1. Fill the file info: title is required, author must be an e-mail, the date is picked automatically.
2. Add specifications. Each one says which elements it applies to (IFC class + predefined type, plus optional filters: part-of, classification, attribute, property, material) and what they must carry — requirement rows with property / attribute / classification / material / part-of / entity facets, each with required / optional / prohibited cardinality.
3. Values accept * ? wildcards and pipe-separated lists (steel|copper) — the Creator converts them into standards-compliant patterns and enumerations.
4. Save IDS… — validation runs first and explains any problems in plain language.

The result opens in any IDS-aware software, including Inspectra’s own IDS Audit.
