Check your email
Paddle, who handles payments for us, has sent your receipt and full VAT invoice to the address you used at checkout. If you entered a company VAT / NIP number it appears on that invoice. Nothing arrived within a few minutes? Look in spam, or tell us and we will resend it.
Sign in inside the desktop app
Open Inspectra BIM and sign in with exactly the same email and password you use on this website — that is what carries your licence into the app. The paid module unlocks the moment you are signed in. Already had the app open? Sign out and back in to pick the licence up.

Make sure you are running the latest version from the download page, then sign out and in again. If it still will not open, write to us — include the order number from your receipt.
